- If the cancellation is made for adverse weather/sea conditions, according to the experience of the captain, you will not be charged any fee; you can decide to be refunded or to reschedule the tour, depending on our availability.
- In other cases, such as voluntary cancellation, travel, or medical restrictions:
- 6 days before the date reserved, there is no charge.
- Between 5 and 4 days before the date reserved, you will be charged the 50% of the total amount.
- 3 days before the date reserved, you will be charged the full amount.
